The pressure at the natural gas wellhead typically ranges from tens to hundreds of atmospheres. Traditionally, must be throttled into a low level satisfy requirement gathering pipelines, in which large amount energy is wasted. high-pressure oil–gas turbine promising approach convert shaft power or electricity. In this paper, numerical investigation conducted on radial-outflow utilized generation system. Using self-defined real physical properties and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), internal flow performance under complex operating conditions are investigated. To improve performance, Latin Hypercube Sampling-based parametric tuning performed stator rotor blade geometries. application such an effectively adjusts matching eliminates separation, by significantly enhanced.
